We make it easy to work with us. There’s no formal application process, just a license verification and a quick agreement to get started. Once you’re set up, we’ll meet with your team in-person to take the time to understand your care levels, specialties, payer types, and availability, so that we only send you the right leads.

Every referral we make is intentional. We take the time to understand what each resident needs medically, emotionally, and financially, and only recommend communities that are a genuine match. We also make sure that we don’t refer any case to more than three communities, so you’re not competing with a mass email.
